First time experiencing Miranda Plumbing and Steve G. was the technician. He arrived at the time told to me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new water faucet outside my house for the garden hose. He redirected it so it wasn’t hitting my window storm shutter like the old one did. The work he did was fast but not rushed and his clean up was superb. There will be some painting on my part to blend it all. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone. I’m very pleased with Miranda Plumbing. Norbert was polite, efficient, & very fair with his estimate. He completed his work in less than an hour, thanked me for the business & was on his way. I was very happy with his work in the midst of all the holiday preparations going on. I would us3 this company again in a heart beat.

Eddie of Space Coast AC did a great job. He is knowledgeable and explained what they testing and what routine maintenance I need to do for continued good performance from our AC system. This service visit was also very reasonable at $65!

He took the time to analyze the situation. Nolan was very helpful and showing me how to shut off the main water valve to the house , and how to turn off the hot water tank at the electrical box, And how to turn the levers on the hot water tank to the Off position. He was very pleasant, and always smiling and somewhat humorous. He was instrumental in scheduling a leak detection service. I will follow up with a final review when the job is completed. Follow up I had to call pipe surgeon another division of Miranda. They were excellent. The workers had to solder the pipes in order to stop the leak. The cost was fair and the work was done right the first time you can’t go wrong with either company.

Our water heater leaked all over the garage on a Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, I called Miranda Plumbing. The sweetest young woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She told me a plumber would come out late in the afternoon, then she called back and said they could come earlier! I was thrilled to know we'd get repaired quickly and finally have a warm shower. Vincent arrived and inspected the issue. He informed me that we needed to bring things up to code, since the broken water heater was amazingly quite old. He worked quickly and called their electrician to complete the project. Rembelt arrived and rewired the new heater. The water is heating up now, and I'm happy I'll be able to wash dishes and laundry soon. From phone call to completion, I was impressed with the knowledge, skills, and friendly help from the entire team at Miranda Plumbing.

Vincent was excellent. Did my annual maintenance very thoroughly. Made suggests and gave me a quote for future work that I might need. He left me feeling confident in my plumbing

Chad was prompt, polite and thorough with his explanation of all work done in follow-up to the initial inspection. He was going to send pics of the insulation he did on the roof unit. Haven’t received them yet. I’m very pleased with his efficiency and the timely prompt response.

I’ve had multiple experiences with this company. The last one replaced the air conditioning units on my roof and in my house. My experience was stress-free because of excellent communication and professionalism of the staff. The equipment installed is high-quality. I highly recommend

Of course we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday! No hot water 😡. Miranda was referred by a family member and I couldn’t be more grateful! Natalie answered on first ring with a time frame and cost estimate for same day repair. Vincent was amazing! Professional and knowledgeable. He immediately knew the problem and had a solution. Part needed was on truck. Highly recommend! I will be calling office tomorrow to sign up for the maintenance plan for my home as well as my business. Thanks to Miranda Plumbing for saving the day !

Tim was very courteous and professional and explained everything that he found wrong with my ac unit within minutes and said I might have a warranty left on the part that is bad. You don’t get that honestly from a lot of businesses. I really appreciated everything Tm did for my family. I will be doing business with them in the future. Derrick came back to install the parts that wash the problem with the unit and he also was courtesy and professional and did a great job some happy with there customer service and paying attention to detail and keeping you informed. My only issue was the price for the repair but you want quality you pay for it. Thank you for getting the job done in a timely manner

We have used Miranda Plumbing and AC for a few years for the maintenance of our AC system and have always been very pleased with their service. We called for service last week and after a thorough check, it was determined that we needed a new system. From receiving the estimate to scheduling the install, the service was fantastic! The office staff is always friendly and they communicate everything very clearly. Yesterday they installed a new unit for us. We cannot say enough about the excellent service. Ricardo and his team were professional, courteous, thorough and friendly from the time they arrived to the time they left. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work being done. We highly recommend Miranda to anyone who needs service or replacement of their AC system. Thank you all!!

Norbey did an excellent job and was fast yet thorough. He was quite knowledgeable and also a complete gentleman. The price was a little steep but he doesn’t set the prices. That being said, I would still recommend the service because of the great job that Norbey did
