The best part of the experience was the timely response to my call. The A/C went out (after hours) and Miranda dispatched a technician in about an hour. Eric, the technician, came to the house. Just make sure that they put the right size AC unit in your house because they worked on my sister‘s house years ago changed out her AC unit and charge her for a 17 seer and only gave her 13 and we just found this out after they installed years ago, cause we having problemswe have to replace it now so don’t go by all the good reviews you see about a company especially now when the times are hard they’re probably cutting corners
