All we ask is that it is a published "apples-to-apples" comparison...meaning their price includes identical or like quality components for installation.

24-Hour Fix It or Hotel Guarantee.

Unlike some companies, we are a customer-focused service company. We have a staff of well-qualified service technicians who are there to serve you in the event the system you purchased from us has a problem. So our guarantee is that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in the local Embassy Suites for the night.

Installation Workmanship Guarantee.

Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, thoroughly clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They are polite and courteous and will not smoke or use inappropriate language in your home. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel is fair for the inconvenience.

Two Year Client Trust Guarantee.

We realize you are not an expert in the field and depend on our expertise to ensure your total satisfaction. We expect you will hold our company responsible for achieving your complete satisfaction. So we will REFUND 100% of the agreement price (refer to your agreement) if you are not satisfied with the performance of the equipment or services, and we cannot correct the problem with the system during the first two years. We agree to remove the system (refer to your agreement) that we installed within thirty (30) days of your written request and refund the entire agreement price.

If the compressor in your air conditioner fails during the first five years of ownership, or the heat exchanger in your furnace cracks during the first ten years of ownership, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a completely new one. Comfort Guarantee.

We guarantee that when properly designed systems are installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five (5) years.
