Our professionals have provided non-destructive pipe restoration for hundreds of residential homeowners, property managers, and commercial facilities including restaurants, malls, hotels, bars, golf clubs and city and county facilities. We use state-of-the-art technology to first identify damaged areas and then patented, non-destructive methods to complete trenchless repairs.
Sewer line leak inspection
Our sewer line video camera system is a special high-resolution remote video camera that can enter and explore the sewer line. This technique allows us to visually inspect the entire length of pipe from house to roadway.
When a problem is located and repaired early, you can avoid the expense of repairing or replacing the entire line. The video imaging allows you to see the extent of damage to the area to be repaired.

No-dig sewer line repair
After completing inspection, our technician will suggest appropriate repair-in-place options to allow you to make an informed decision. Repair can vary from simply fixing damaged areas inside the pipe to relining the entire pipe if extreme conditions warrant--without destructive digging or demolition.
Pull-in-Place Lining
For localized damage, we mechanically clean and apply a durable epoxy-based lining much like a stent used in an artery--essentially creating a pipe within a pipe using a patented process. The epoxy lining is actually stronger than the original pipe and prevents further root intrusion and erosion in the repaired area. This method is non-destructive and doesn't require trenching across your lawn, driveway and through landscaping.

Sewer Pipe Relining
Where the pipe is sufficiently degraded across most of its length, the best solution may be a complete relining. This patented method essentially cleans and then creates a pipe-within-a-pipe by coating the interior with a cured-in-place epoxy compound. As with Pull-in-Place, this method restores the pipe to better than new condition and is equally non-destructive.

No Dig Repair by Pipe Bursting
Where the integrity of the buried pipe is seriously compromised and cannot be repaired, "pipe bursting" may be the best alternative. Pipe bursting is a patented process for replacing an underground sewer or drain line without destructive and disruptive trenching. This technique involves mechanically expanding ("bursting") the old pipe while simultaneously pulling a new pipe inside the old one.
